Five teenagers b ages 14 to 17 b were charged with robbing and kidnapping an 89-year-old Lincoln woman, locking her in the trunk of her own car for nearly two days and then releasing her in a cemetery, where she was found Wednesday morning crawling around on her hands and knees, state police said. Police called Junia McDonald, 14, and Jackeline H. A Milford man has been charged with drug and other offenses after he was found at a hotel Sunday. Milford police say they were responding to a call at a local hotel when they they smelled a strong marijuana odor coming from the room. Officers found 69.2 grams of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, police said. James F. Moses, 34, has been charged with possession with intent to delivery a controlled substance, maintaining a drug property, endangering the welfare of a child and other charges. He was arraigned and committed to Sussex Correctional in lieu of $9,000 secured bond. Bear Man Charged with Groping a Girl and a Woman at Battery Park in New Castle

After a police chase down Del. 9, a Bear man was charged with groping a teenage girl and a woman at Battery Park in New Castle, police reported this morning. The incident unfolded about 4:30 p.m. Saturday when New Castle City officer Paul Allston, on patrol in the area, was alerted by a woman who called 911. The woman pointed to a man she said fondled a 16-year-old girlbs buttocks moments earlier on the parkbs walking path as well as grabbing a 44-year-old woman around the waist, Lt. Adam P. Brams said. New charges were filed last week against a registered sex offender from Georgetown recently arrested in January on child pornography charges, authorities said. David M. Pennington, 70, of the 19000 block of Substation Way, was charged Friday with two counts of dealing in child pornography after investigators reviewed forensic evidence in the case that showed Pennington had received, reviewed and commented on images of child pornography he had received, Jason Miller, spokesman for the state Attorney Generalbs Office, said today. Pennington, who has had three prior convictions for sex crimes against children that included one for child pornography possession, was committed to Sussex Correctional Institution after his January arrest after he failed to post $50,000 cash bail, Miller said. 13 Year Old Boy Charged with Offensive Touching and Criminal Mischief

A 13-year-old boy was charged Sunday in connection with a playground altercation at Lake Forest South Elementary last year, Harrington police reported today. The incident in September initially was reported as a sexual assault, but after the victim was interviewed detectives determined there was no such assault, Lt. Earl K. Brode said. He said the boy damaged a girlbs phone , grabbed her by the arm and pulled her off some playground equipment, causing her to fall to the ground. The boy was charged with offensive touching and criminal mischief under $1,000, Brode said. He was released into the custody of his parents pending an appearance in Family Court. MILFORD, Del.- Authorities have arrested a 57-year-old Milford man accused of sexually soliciting a teenage girl. Milford police saidB Walter L. WebbB was taken into custody Tuesday for an incident that allegedly occurred last month on Bay Road. According to police, detectives discovered that Webb had forced a 15-year-old girl to remove her shirt and expose herself to him. As a result of the investigation into the alleged incident, Webb was charged with sexual solicitation of a child under 18 years of age and endangering the welfare of a child.B He was released on $20,000 unsecured bond.
